They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any transaction.

Coattails does not custody customer funds. All trading activity, where executed, occurs in a brokerage account that you open and control in your own name. We do not have withdrawal authority over your funds and cannot move cash out of your account.
